I was scared and didn't know what to do with a reactive bully breed, because she was already being judged. I had an awful experience with another dog trainer in the Charleston area. They sent my dog back covered in wounds. Another trainer in the area quite literally backed my dog into a corner while provoking her and wearing a bite sleeve. This trainer told me I would either have to rehome or put my dog down.

  By the time I called Canine Revolution, I was terrified. They talked me through the dog retraining process, their different training courses, and gave me peace of mind—and completely admonished what had happened with these other trainers.  

They saved my dog's life. Now, I am able to take her in public, she gets compliments on how well trained she is, and I have the lifetime support of Canine Revolution! The follow-ups, the availability of the entire staff, and the opportunity for boarding as an alumni, truly truly makes all the difference in the world. I wish I could give Canine Revolution a million stars. We have a Golden Retriever that we got when he was 10 weeks old. He was jumping on everyone he saw, pulling hard on the leash during walks, chewing up everything he could find, biting my kids, and showing zero respect for boundaries. He was rapidly getting bigger and was absolutely out of control. Our next step was going to be rehoming him until my vet recommended Canine Revolution for puppy training.   

I was nervous to board my dog at first and wondered who would cuddle him and care for him. I met Chad and Hannah on consultation and I was instantly relieved about the care he would receive while being trained. The updated videos each week assured me he was happy, healthy, and making progress in his training. The follow up visits were amazing and helped me ask questions and get help for my specific issues. The boarding and training is worth every penny! I enjoy walking, drills, hiking, bike riding, kayak trips, and eating out with my dog so much more now that he is trained and more settled. I have a husky shepherd mix so learning to meet his mental and physical needs was a must for mutual enjoyment and respect. I have never been more impressed and happy with our training results. I have a 5-year-old Pit that was an outside dog for the majority of his life. He hated being on a leash and would pull and try to fight his way out of it by twisting his head all around and biting at the leash. He always jumped on people because he was so excited and thought he was a small dog which he is not (he’s 75lbs of solid muscle). He also had a bad habit of tearing things up when he was bored.   

I finally called Canine Revolution. They truly cared, were very relatable, and very knowledgeable. They kept us updated and answered all my questions and reassured me when I was having some anxiety about my baby being gone. He came home a completely new dog. He listens, he’s amazing on the leash now and we can take him with us to more places and he hasn’t had any accidents in the house or the kennel. We can also drop his leash wherever we are and tell him to stay and he stays, whether in the yard or in public!
